Depending on the circumstances, it can be any for me (but zombies and pigman)

Creepers if I'm building. Zombie Pigmen if I'm deep in the Nether. Skeletons when I'm in a cave. Spiders when I'm exploring. Ghast when I'm doing fragile stuff in the Nether.

Cave spider; the poison hits hard, even with Protection X diamond armor.

I don't understand how zombie pigmen are annoying. JUST AVOID THEM. But, I would say creeper or skeleton.

It's easier said then done. In a Nether Fortress filled with various hostile mobs, you will eventually tend to hit something you didn't mean to, and their agro is ridiculously strong when that stuff happens, pretty such a guaranteed death sentence.

I don't ever rage quit because of a mob, it's usually lava. But my least favorite mob is the spider because of its huge lunge that makes it impossible to melee it without getting hit.

mine is spider jockey becuz i hate spider because they lunge and jump around and skeletons cuz I cant get close enough to kill them

But those are rare to come across, they can't possibly annoy you so much. They would have to spawn many times.

Creepers, Endermen and Pigmen.

Endermen, there so annoying when you're building outside.

Actually, nothing beats getting ­-slapped by zombies to death.

I'd have to say pigmen mostly, especially if I'm playing in a server or on LAN with friends. Someone else es them off and doesn't say anything, and the next time I go into the Nether to gather supplies BAM! I'm attacked without warning. Ghasts I can handle because at least I can hear them, and most of the Overworld mobs I can deal with by simply not going out at night, having cats, ect. But pigmen....Just...ugh D:

Creepers because you can't hear them until they explode, but mostly ghasts because of the many times that I have been shot into lava by a ghast, and lava is the number one cause of rage quits.

For me I had no problems with creepers, they get close I have a heart attack, push them away or run. And I have only a slight problem with spiders, but they are mostly funny. Me and my friend were building and I broke all the windows and waves of spiders came in (its also funny when they jump on your head). Its the skeletons that annoy me.

I HATE DYING BY SKELTONS > They tend to knock you off a high place when you least expect it...

Creepers because of their talent of griefing.
