I just wander if there are any raid servers where I can raid, every time I try to mine a block it says "you can not destroy in the territory of (random name)" and I wander if there is a server without that.
HCfactions has a system where you have to kill the faction members before destroying it, if that's what you're looking for. Otherwise just try a vanilla survival pvp thing.
