I would ride a horse through a cloud of creepers and hope I survive. xDAlso I would use a horse for an epic war scene for a video.Two armies on horses charge into each other and do battle.
Probably ride it when I go adventuring, especially since stopping to refill your hunger bar just seems to break the motion of everything. It's just so awkward, there's never really a good moment to eat in Minecraft.
