Anyhow.... it was started by SkyDoesMinecraft on YouTube, and a lot of his Recruits call it that now.

FIRST lets play of the game back in alpha. Aka, "Butter Shoes."
Lol! You actually do take it seriously? I'm sorry, but that's rather sad. You must have pretty easy lifestyle to actually take such a petty thing seriously.
That's a really bias example by the way. Butter is usually bright yellow and rectangular. The kind that I buy certainly is.

Notice how it's much darker, and the sides are slanted, while the pixel version is very rectangular without slanted sides and also a much brighter yellow. Note how it says Goldkenn. That's chocolate, smarty pants.
Honestly, even if I'm wrong. I think it's silly to even have to really compare with such a simple graphic. If you showed Minecraft's gold ingot graphic to someone who's never played the game and asked what it was, they certainly wouldn't guess a gold ingot. They'd have no clue. It's easy to see that's a gold ingot. If they think it's not, they have weird eyes, and if they think it's not and think it's butter, then they need to go to a doctor.

It doesn't really resemble Minecraft's bright yellow, rectangle version. I'm not saying that we should all call it butter (I don't), but I am saying that I understand the little joke. As I said, the butter I buy is rectangular and bright yellow, just like Minecraft's pixel item.
How would someone who hasn't played the game automatically see that it's a gold ingot? lol It just looks like a yellow 3D rectangle thing (I think the term might actually be 'cuboid', I can't remember lol). Come on now, be logical. xD It doesn't even have the slanted sides that ingots seem to generally have.
Also, I noticed that comment you made in your latest post about 90% of Minecraft sharing your opinion on the subject. That's quite the extraordinary claim with over 10 million players, don't you think? lol
As I said, it's fine to be a little annoyed with the kids, but it's silly to take it so seriously and to try so hard to look right. It's just some kids having fun. -shrug-

MY POINT is that you need to get a life and stop worrying about dumb video game "problems".
We're not politicians, we are people trying to solve those problems. It's spread all over the place, and even to your youtube channel, and if you were a sky fan he said not to spread it everywhere.
You can't judge if somebody has a life when they just have an opinion on a display case. If you didn't understand that, all you are seeing is mine plus quite a lot of others opinions, therefore you can't judge somebody's lifestyle. I'm the one face-palming now. Plus, somebody may like the game that they play and don't want to community to turn to a pile of ashes, like Roblox, it went down, and if this keeps spreading and spreading we may as just be best friends with Roblox.

I am being logical, in fact half of the peoplewho I know guessed it was gold, due to the fact that iron looks like it does, rectangle and sort of resembling real iron, you mine gold, and even though it may look like your butter, it does look like gold as much as the iron looks as iron, just lighter, and that butter is almost always pale white.

That's quite the extraordinary claim with over 10 million players, don't you think? lol It is a big claim, you might lower it down to 70% for 65%, but one thing that I know is that is is over half.

It's just some kids having fun. -shrug- We're not trying hard to look 'right', we're trying hard to stop this whole thing, it's annoying. Yup first time i heard it was from a video that antvenom, cavemanfilms and skitscape did where they called it butter and i thought it was funny and some time latr i saw sky's channel and he called it butter, suddenly next thing i know he's the butter king and hates squids

Realize that seananners did it once as a little joke, not as a dogma they must follow
Know when calling gold boots "budda-boo's!" is not appropriate nor funny
