Spawn a bunch of mobs to cover the whole thing, Kill them, Then they'll never come back again
If I spawn sheep, will it make all sheep stop spawning or all mobs?
And whats a easy way to kill them? /kill all (Single player commands) use to kill all mobs and remove blocks on the ground but now it just kills you :/
The command is
/killall
It kills all entities. One word.
According to the Minecraft Wiki, that command does not exist in Minecraft currently. Unless he should be using Single Player Commands mod, which does have such a command, then /killall does nothing. /kill does exist, but it kills oneself, so that wouldn't help.
I need to be able to make them stop spawning, can I use the command block for this? And how?
If I break the command block will they start spawning again?

If I leave and come back will they spawn again?

After long enough they will respawn again.
Yes, they will spawn again.
I have done /kill all and mobs keep on spawning! What should I do?
Alexis Sayers
to stop mobs from spawning use /gamerule doMobSpwaning false
to kill everything except players use /kill @e[type=!Player]
