What biome would you like to see in minecraft in the near future?
Mine would be a huge valley made up of a new block called rock (sort of red and orange), sand and dirt. Also scorpions spawn.

Wasteland. Basically, a desert, minus the cactuses and instead of sand, just dirt. No water pools and only leafless trees and dead bushes.

illd like to see tropical islands at sea, or maybe volcanic biome made with a different block and it could have geysers and stuff.

Blasted. A dead wasteland, reminiscent of central Mordor. Also, it's always thunderstorming there.

That said, I don't want any new biomes because they would undoubtedly break all the existing seeds and, in my opinion, would not add enough to be worth that cost. Let's have more dimensions and world types instead, a few new dimensions and a thousand new world types!

A true mountain biome. Not a extreme hills.

I like the tropical islands and volcanoes idea, I think they both would add a nice touch. Seeds aren't that important. Why generate a world knowing whats gonna be in it when you can generate a random one and explore the unknown.

Like BrandonBoltz i think something like a 'normal mountains biome' because the extreme hils dos'nt look like normal mountains.

I would like to see the extreme hills biome become a mountain biome, with the height limit raised and exposed rock and snow at the top. It would also be quite a small biome - for a few mountains
I would then like to see a hills biome that is a combo of extreme hills and plains and with more trees(not as much as a forest biome)

I would want to see plateaus and mountains with trees like in 1.7.3 again
