Jeb has made some amazing progress on Minecraft since he became the head developer. Minecraft 1.3 is on the horizon, and the snapshots are looking amazing.
That said, even though it's quite far away, what do you think Minecraft 2.0 will look like? What do you expect to see in the distant future of Minecraft?
imagine the graphics of the most detailed video game you know, mix it with real life and add online multiplayer. also add proper 3d graphics and not just the red/blue
This is a stupid question that has been asked too many times before.
Minecraft will look exactly the same as it does now, unless you change your texture pack >__> Only the way it works is different...
You're an idiot.
I'm asking what things you imagine will be added to the game. Go to bed.

If jeb continues what he's currently doing minecraft 2.0 will be a bug filled, crappy RPG with billions of buggy, unfinished features. That is the truth. IMO, dinnerbone should be leading the development. He actually fixes things and adds stuff that makes sense.
Once again, a brilliant disguising of one's own opinion as the truth! Another victory for the collective intelligence of the Minecraft forums! What a show! What an argument! I am in awe of your stupendous argumentation! I was going to doubt you, but once I saw that this was "the truth", what could I do but believe you? Amazing!

jeb hasn't made an update, so how do you know it will be buggy?

Ok, if you're going to illogically attack my argument, then provide a counter-argument. Prove to me how, if Jeb keeps adding stuff that he sees from reddit, and filling all the updates with new features, how Minecraft will not become an over-complicated, buggy game. And if the features are RPG features, then Minecraft will be considered an RPG with bad graphics. Go on, prove me wrong. I'm waiting to see your amazing argument-crushing logical response, instead of just going "lololo stupid forumer sarcasm sarcasm"

It'll look really, really... not like this.
