So you can use your parent's credit card to buy your friend a gift code, but you can't use it to buy yourself one? Seems legit.
I would also like to mention that Minecraft costs more than twenty dollars. I sense much of your story is fabricated.
Ok, I didn't think u all wanted to hear my life's story.-_- my mom barely let me get my friend one, and she only let me do it because it was his birthday. I am in the U.S. so minecraft costs $26.95 using Visa. I don't have a credit card so I have to use my parents, and they don't want me buying games off the Internet with my own money. That's why I'm asking if someone else will buy it for me because I will be ok with any kind of payment demand. Tell me what I can do for a Giftcode. That's all I want to know.

If you are strapped for cash and need money to buy Minecraft, I suggest the following solutions:
Make textures and skins and post them in the correct sections on this forum with adf.ly links. As long as you don't abuse the links (spamming them, linking to free sites or things you didn't make with them, etc.) this can slowly but surely get you enough money to buy it. If the skins and TPs are good, people will gladly wait through an ad to get them.
Do jobs around your neighborhood for cash. If you are in the US you can buy prepaid Visa cards at most gas stations or stores like Walmart that can be used for Minecraft. So just mow lawns, walk dogs, etc for cash and buy a Visa Gift card.
However, we do not allow begging for gift codes. Sorry, I have to lock this.
