1. Provided you're starting a new world.. or on an old world, back up your C:\Users\-###-\AppData\Roaming.minecraft folder first as this fix may cause existing blocks to reconfigure and seriously mess up existing worlds.
2. having installed buildcraft first, open the redpower config file at C:\Users\-###-\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\redpower
3. manually edit the conflicting files using available 3 digit numbers up to #255, personally I found from #168 free, but this will be based on what other mods you've already installed and therefore which id slots you've used.
There are automatic mods to do this for you, but that's how to manually do it at least, enjoy
What mods do that for you and do they use modloader?
These Items have the same ID according to the config files. Only one shows up in inventory
BC woodenPipe.id 145
RP2 storage.id 145
BC stonePipe.id 146
RP2 lampOn.id 146
BC ironPipe.id 147
RP2 lampOff.id 147
BC goldenPipe.id 148
RP2 backplane.id 148
BC diamondPipe.id 149
RP2 peripheral.id 149
BC miningWell.id 150
RP2 machine.id 150
BC drill.id 151
RP2 machinePanel.id 151
BC autoWorkbench.id 152
RP2 frame.id 152
BC filler.id 155
RP2 peripheralFlat.id 155
Seems the one that shows up in inventory selector depends on what was loaded last.
My question is, is there anyway to fix this locally?
Luckilly there is no conflicts with Industrialcraft-2-client_1.95b
I will be checking other mods soon.
Cheers
