32 with my house and self as is, I'm currently working on reinforcing the exterior with obsidian which would probably bump it up one point after, as well as if I actually used my diamonds for armour, haha.

I disagree. Ideal number of entrances is one. Only one place to worry about anything coming or going. That's coming from a zombie survival mindset though where it's tough enough to board up and lock down one door, much less two, and you can do things like setup a choke and kill everything that comes through and not have to worry about watching your back.
Ideal number of exits on the other hand... The more the better.
Of course, in the last game I played, I took over an entire island, fenced off the whole thing, and then placed a billion torches so that nothing could spawn (except livestock which were -everywhere-). One gate to get in, but I could easily drop a block to come in from another side if I really wanted. It was actually annoying enough that I've been hoping that Jeb adds in a way to just straight up block hostile spawns for a distance. Preferably by adding a beacon power that does that.
Solution to zombies: Iron doors. With buttons. Stone buttons.
