Not neccesarily the "creating a game like minecraft" type of being like Notch, but just how he is. He lets anyone who's bought his game do anything they want with it (except pirate it), he's constantly updating, he actually responds and listens to the community, and he's going to deal with a lawsuit by playing a game of quake.

Hell yes.
He offered them to settle it by playing Quake. It's not going to happen.
Actually, I disagree with you. The development team of another indie game that I play called Kerbal Space Program seems to be much more on top of things than Notch. Admittedly, they do have a much smaller community, but they are working on a four week update cycle, with new parts, features and bugfixes every time. They tend to make smaller updates, due to the fact that they make sure that everything has a purpose, and that the game doesn't catastrophically crash with the new updates.
In short, I think Mojang could do much better with updates, but what they have done is still quite impressive.
I agree all people should be as involved and relaxed as he seems to be, as well as connected to the community. I could do without the nutcase ideas, though.
You Know what i find kinda wierd? Is that Notch creates this legendary game and then somebody creates some cheapskate copy on iphone called 'world explorer', wich isnt even made by Mojang.

That's actually what he wasn't referring to

His Mad Moxxie?
