Skeleton.
It's not the skeleton ITSELF that is scary, it's the bow-shooting sound effect that scares the living hell out of me, even when I see it coming. But when I don't, I **** bricks.
10x worse with headphones on.
Also, they are ninjas. So many times I've thought I was in a completely safe spot only to hear the dreaded THWAK
Gonna go head and say skeletons are the scariest mob I've encountered. Creepers are easy enough to handle, same with zombies and spiders and endermen. Skeletons on the other hand will take aim and shoot at you from a distance, sometimes without even you being able to hear their idle noise. Too many times have I been talking along my wall at night when...sproing, an arrow right by where my head used to be.
Ghasts are somewhat scary, I guess, but are easy enough to avoid and not have to worry about.
Same with zombie pigmen, so long as you be cool to them, they go about their business. I will say that it was a nasty supprise when I first decided to attack one of them though.
Herobrine...haven't encountered him so I can't speak on it.
I would say Endermen, but honestly they should like scream bloody ear rape hen they see you. But definitely skeletons, they make me **** bricks . And Ghasts too, because they're gargantuan hellish jellyfish that vomit flaming snowballs and sound like dying orphans. ._.
Herobrine isn't real, but the mere story is pretty creepy. Just exploring a dark cave when you hear strange sounds...SO Scary! Cave spiders are kinda scary too, They can poison you and there are usually tons when you find one.
Fortunately I haven't yet had the displeasure of a thunder-creeper blowing out half my house...
Hopefully it won't happen, but still, just the size of the explosion is terrifying, plus the usual "That'ssssssssss a nice everything you have there..." with no warning that creepers typically pull.
I'm not surprised to see the creeper still on top. It's the absolute last thing you want to see while coming around a corner. Or while building something. Basically, it's the worst thing ever.
This is a little stale if you know where it comes from, but: If you can see a creeper, it knows you're there. If you can't, you may be moments away from death.
i'm on a boat!
Aren't you clever.

eehviyle!!
I ask the stupid questions so you don't have to.
That stupid sound they make when they die gets me every time. I'm still trying to find my skin. :dry.gif:
