I have seen a lot of fake website to trick people into completing surveys and offers to get free accounts, but I think this one is quite new, isn't it?: http://www.minecraftprize.com at least I don't remember seeing it before, but since it's usually in youtube videos with comment approval required, it's quite obvious that it's just another new survey fraud.
