Well I wanna make an underwater city and I need to know how deep the water will actually get before I go on a big quest to get supplies for this, I think it's around 15 blocks but does anybody have a real estimate on how deep the water will get (untampered with all by itself)

The deepest oceans do not go below layer 50 or so (sea level is 64). You will have to artificially dig deeper otherwise.

I thought I made it clear but I want to build where ever the deepest water is.
