Hey, when I play Minecraft I run at about max of 80 FPS but normally am around 10-20 FPS, when I am outside I am at 4-5 FPS, therefore causing me to twitch around. It is getting really annoying. These speeds are when I am on low graphics and fog all the way on.
Dual Core 2.0 GHZ Windows 7 Asus 64 Bit
1 GB of Video Memory. (Intel (R) HD Graphics)
3 GB of Ram
I am also using a Laptop.
I am confused why I can't run Minecraft at high speeds. I can run other games that demand a good amount of system power just fine. Any suggestions.
This info for my system is based off of DxDiag.
Thanks in advance
(Edit) A far as I know Java is up to date, I hate messing with Java though.
This may speed you up. Run on low render/fog settings always and turn off any enhanced lighting. And run minecraft in a smaller window. Normally the size that it starts up in is fine, you won't be able to run fullscreen on that computer
Wow, thanks. I can run at 60 FPS outside and 100 FPS inside. Thanks.
