I fill in every hole. And I meen every. I can't even stand covering it up, every space of air must be abolished.
I always put a torch in a large coal vein.
Whenever i see diamonds i mine aroudn them first.
Whenever I hear a 'Ssss' I hit esc, scream, hit esc, die.
Whenever I make walls (Since new update) I make a ringe on the outside to block spiders (Piniata anyone?)
When I hear mob sounds I find the source, kill it, and go back to fishing.
I must horde items, I would rather restart than watch a single piece of glass get accidentally broken.

#1 Coal - I already have 2 large chests full of the stuff, but I can't seem to pass it up. In several cases I've found veins of other minerals behind it though, so it's not a complete loss. I also don't use coal for smelting (despite having tons of it). I figure trees are renewable so I use them.
#2 Construction - All buildings, bridges, etc must be smoothstone
#3 Mineshafts - skylight and perfectly straight walls (with all side caves explored and the entrances filled with cobblestone so I know there's a cave behind it). Mined down to bedrock then parallel shaft mining.
#4 Landscape - I hate unnatural shapes and layout (like chuck bugs that cause straight cliffs). I have shaped and smoothed several cliffs to make them more appealing. The same goes for random floating blocks - they must be destroyed!
#5 Sheep - all non-white sheep are punched. All white sheep are dyed with whatever I have (usually yellow or red).
#6 Trees - fully harvested and replanted on the dirt patch. I usually leave the really big ones for aesthetics.
I try very hard not to mess around with other people's areas (near their houses) but the above items really alloy me.
Putting out fires I consider a safety issue more than OCD. And doors to houses without switchplates annoy me, but not enough to change (especially if it's not my house)

"Operation grass-seed": Before and Current
(current link is updated dynamically from my MC server...)
Images are made using c10t with --limits, run every 5 minutes, images are compared to a MD5 of the previous image, only changes are kept.
Sooo this. Heaven forbid my tunnels aren't square and don't turn at either a right angle or a block by block curve. And I don't care if I'm being shot at, That one lone hanging block has GOT TO GO before I switch to a weapon.
And THEN there's my inventory. It's not as specific, as I'm always carrying other things, but normally...
I keep every Pickaxe above where my picks are in my inv, same with shovels and axes. I keep my arrows above my bow. I keep all wood related items (sticks, planks, logs, workbenches) above slot 8 & 9, and all placeable common blocks above 5, 6, & 7, normally categorized between Stone, sand & gravel, or dirt.
OCD things I do in Minecraft? EVERYTHING.
To be serious now, a lot of things other people do, plus:
- When I lit up a huge outdoor area, I put down torches every five spaces. The torches had to line up on that grid on the ENTIRE area I lit, even on areas that were visually hidden from each other. One time I found an entire 40-block by 25-block area was accidentally offset by 1, and I fixed all of them.
- Fill in big holes after I've gotten the ore, but I fill them with gravel and then smoothstone over the last layer.
- Every hallway is 2 wide, 3 tall, and has 2 torches above any door or entrance.
- Every structure is built on a smoothstone foundation. Even outdoor cobblestone walls in a garden.
Wow, that is almost exactly the layout I have too!

I refuse to use cobblestone anywhere unless it's such a big project that I can't possibly smelt all that smoothstone. Cobblestone is the work of Satan.
Why does everyone hate cobble? (you can change it with a texture pack and if you like vanilla MC like me you can just change cobble)

I mainly hate it because it's patchy and ugly, I can't stand how messy it looks.
On the other note,
1)Everything I own must be in an even number. (I've burnt many stacks of stuff, just to have a even # of 64 stacks.)
2)I refrain from using diamond, unless I have to. (For mining Obsidian.)
3)Whenever I find a dungeon, I dig out all of the and :cobblestone:, and replace it with
4)I carry atleast 3 stacks of wherever I go
5)I never build anything out of
6)All of my buildings have a exterior with a interior
7)I never build building out of just
8)Every floor of a building can't have 2 of the same :Frame:'s
9)I always dye any or Light grey back to white, even if I have to dye it black
10)I never use a unless there is absolutely no chance of an accidental forest-fire (Has happened countless times.)
Oh god, I think all of us OCD Minecrafters need professional help.

To always think of a list of OCD things you do while playing.
I also always waste throwable objects. Arrows? Somewhere in the moon or ocean. Snowballs? I was thirsty. Eggs? I like seeing chickens panic over lava. Sheep? Wait how the heck did i get them airborne... oh right. Good times.

SLOT 1: Sword
SLOT 2: Bow
SLOT 3: Pickaxe
SLOT 4: Shovel or Axe
SLOT 6: Dirt or Cobble
SLOT 7: Watch

I have to dig out the bottom pice of grass and replace it. Grass doesn't grow like that dammit.

Despite it's monetary worth or the quantity of it I have in my chests, it needs to be dug out.
2. Color every wool I have.
Punch a sheep? Color that wool! Even if I have to walk a few chunks just to get a flower to dye it.
3. Squid hunting.
If I see a single squid, I kill it and search for any others in a large radius for their ink.
4. Turn all ingots into blocks.
Everytime I get 9 of an ingot type, I always craft it into a block.
5. Open door, go through, shut it.
