Its not inefficient enough. Did you know you can place torches on furnaces, crafting benches, and other things where they generally don't belong? Use a glass block next to where you want the torch, then try throwing it onto the glass. It will slide into the nearest spot, which then makes it even MORE inefficient because you are wasting glass to place torches. to you for thinking of this, it inspired me to do a ware house of inefficiency. i might give pics at some point later when i upload them.
To give our children and future generations hope, we must destroy every child on Earth and never have any more. I have already started this misson, child numbers have been halved in my local district. Will you join the cause?
You could make the outside even less efficient by placing water flowing away from the door. Walking across slow sand against a current? Unfortunately, it would also make exiting easier.
To hell with water, just put a bunch of lava around it to make it difficult to get in. Sadly, I've seen a lot of people actually do this in some misguided attempt to make their home "safer." How ridiculous, especially since mobs don't attack structures...
How about make something out of iron blocks, and I mean the ones you find in the ground, so that you have to use up pickaxes just to get rid of them & place them again.
You have made a house only chuck norris can live in!!!!!!

...that would be a waste of time!
Says the guy making random **** out of square shapes in a computer program designed to waste time while asking for things to do in said program on a related forum board.
i have a feeling this will just keep spiraling out into a bigger and bigger house with more and more elaborate insanity to access any part of the building untill we have the world's worst mansion. and i LOVE this idea!

This is the greatest thing I've ever seen. I've only cried while laughing twice in my twenty year long life, and reading this thread was one of those times.
OH MAN THIS IS EPIC! i second the nether portal hallway... it would actually be awesome if you had to go through a seires of portals in order to make it into the house... like 3 portals placed throughout the world to get inside?
if your going for inefficiency why not have a set of portals that take you into the nether to get across the room? half the time you will end up where you started which will only add to the inefficiency

We need hydrogen bombs in minecraft...
Time to call the Russian coders!
Needs a fence maze through the slowsand to the entrance so that Skeltons have extra time to shoot at you. :tongue.gif:
Love it, I was wondering what to do with the front yard, and this is a good idea.

Useless combitnation lock on the enterance, just to waste more of your time trying to get in the house in the first place.
Some kind of bizarre and useless redstone contraption is definately on the list. I'll need to read up on various redstone mechanics to see what terrible things I can make.

If the house gets larger and starts to span a chunk or two, perhaps some portal insanity can work. The bonus is that I could then create an equally useless house in the Nether, a sort of holiday home of ridiculousness.
Made me laugh both on page 1 and 2, from your seriously inefficient building :biggrin.gif:

With that aside, nice house. How much is it going for on the market?
