So, I built a lot of structures and mob traps and I decided that I want to build a mob tower on chunk 0,0 to have the best mob spawn rate... but I just found out that, well, my spawn point is around 17,20 and all my structures and mines are very close by, and chunk 0,0 is on the very bottom right corner of my world (no, seriously, there's NOTHING more east or south of chunk 0,0...)... how would you go about moving your EVERYTHING closer to chunk 0,0? which program should I use? I tried to find info on this but I cant find anything helpful...

You could always use The Nether to fast travel.

... wait, how the heck do you get that close to the edge?
Alpha is technically infinite in either direction (nothing is there because nothing is being generated).
No, really, you walk at least 4 or 5 blocks per second, if not more. You sneak 2 blocks per second perhaps.
1 second isn't long, you should look at a watch, its a very short amount of time. When sneaking you move 1 block or less(If you ever make a bridge you will find you can place a block slower than 1 block per second. You can do it by walking backwards with shift while looking downwards at an angle)

420 Blocks Distance (26 Chunks), assuming he travels in a straight line from one Chunks corner to the other.
For anyone interested here is the maths:

You don't walk 5 blocks per second. It would be more like 2.
The guy also wants to Move buildings. Rather than just walk there.

And.. make a minecart station in each place and connect them.. voila, 20 seconds travel.

If you use nether it's only 53
Thats assuming you don't die, then it would be higher.
