Why put it on a system that statistically fails 62% of the time. Thats the amount of Xbox360s that have gotten the RRoD. If your going to put minecraft on a system, can we have it on a good one?
Don't like my statistics? Google it, like you should.

Googled it and got 52.4%, your statistics are wrong good sir. However, thats still more than half of the 360's ever sold.

For all this Xbox 360 RRoD crap, mine RRoD'd 3 years after I bought it (first gen) I sent it to Microsoft, got it back a week after sending it (for free). It's been running like a charm since. 1 week downtime for 3 years of service? That's a HORRIBLE product!

Considering ive never had a console break on me, that is pretty bad. Hell, my nearly 20 year old sega genesis still works! Sure i couldve just gotten lucky and got the systems that didnt break, but im pretty sure the 360 is the only system of all time to have a higher than 20% failure rate.

I have actually set up an old Xbox controller for use with Minecraft, and let me say, it works quite well.
A = jump
Right trigger = right click
Left trigger = left click (who would have guessed?)
Right + left buttons = scrolling hotbar (on the older controller, this is the d-pad)
Y = inventory
And of course, the control sticks for movement.
So don't argue the controller ability, anyway.

Hi, i'm a scientist, from the NASA. I can make science, so I tell you as a pro, Minecraft is not laggy.
I believe I've already have a memory error cause Windows to crash while playing Minecraft.
This game is currently too unstable to play on consoles, aside from the memory usage it would need.
512 DDR3 RAM, 3.2GHz tri-core, 500,000,000 tri/s. It can run it.
hmmm 512 mb of ram.......You actually think that will really work? Most computers today have a minimum of 1gb of ram and they still have problems running it.
I have 512mb of ram, im running MC fine... (though the occassional lag is annoying, but its fine.)

All I can say is, I can now have the pork and eat it too.
PC is for people who want the best from game, with beefy harddrive and lightning fast conncection.
Consoles are for people who just want to jump into the game, forgetting lag and graphics.
Minecraft is on PC for its beauty and awesome gameplay.

Java is nowhere near compatible with XBox anyway, from what I can tell...

Improbable or not.
I dig straight down.
Anyways... Who would want Minecraft of a Piece of **** XBox?
It can be optimized to run on PS3 when it's fully hacked. PS3 is CAN run some sorts of Java.
