Here's a tutorial I wrote that allows you to move one master copy to your dropbox, while linking from that master copy on all other computers. This ensures the files stay up to date.
I used this wiki page (b4 i found this page), and it's GREAT! It helped me make a program, I'll post it soon, it automatically does all the work! (only for win7 and vista, ill make a mac version soon, considering applescript is mush easier to understand than dos...) ok if anyone wants it tell me, and i can give the indev version also great wiki page...i think that's about it...
Make sure you are logged into an administrator account on your computer. If you're using Windows 7 and you are the admin and you are still having permissions problems you can disable UAC while you run the command and turn it back on when you are finished. I had to do this on my first go-around.

many times just being admin isn't enough, I've learned. If you're using a batch file (im almost done with 1 i can link on here), run it as administrator. if ur using raw cmd, run as administrator.
