In regards to the question, I'm not sure. In it's current form no, I've already bought it twice and supported in other ways, I would however have no problem paying again for multiplayer survival or whatever comes next. So depending on what changes in the future, but I definitely have no problem with the idea of paying for multiplayer survival.
I've paid once. I feel that if more is brought to the table, that I might pay again. But I bought it early on, so that I could have it cheaper. Having purchased it early on, I was hoping that there would be a plus. I don't play multiplayer much, so I would really have no reason to buy it multiple times. I simply wanted a special character for myself and the ability to play Survival. I was fine without buying it until something I really wanted and was anticipating was released. (I played for a while, then bought my copy when Survival patch was out. I still don't get involved in the multiplayer community unless it is here on the forums though.)

No I would not. Not unless there were serious changes and additions to the game. $15 is a perfect price for this cute building game. I enjoy what my $15 got me, but unless this evolved into some kind of uber animal of a program with lots more fun toys, I'm sticking with my initial $15.
That being said, I am someone who hasn't paid for a game in years. I torrent everything. However this was something that after playing, I WAS willing to pay for.
