ok im thinking "what makes a good server" so i made a list
1:have compatant op's AKA:lets peoplel know the rules and know when tunleing is aceptibil(like your in a pit)
2:make sure thers at least 1 op at all times
3:have fun :smile.gif:
Now i'm just being an asshole. Anyways, the main key to most servers usually are:
- Moderator
- Good/Trusted/Mature Staff
- Decent set of rules
- FUN AND LOTS OF ****ING FUN
A good server. Randomly generated can be fun, you know. A server made of pure grass, not so much.
One of my best ideas, is WOOD WORLD! You use OMEN to replace dirt, sand, leaves, ore and gravel with planks and everything else that's place-able with logs! IT'S FANTASTIC! :biggrin.gif:

Variety is the spice of life, especially when it applies to death.

A good raider uses diamond tools. A good thief uses none at all.
Some people absolutely prefer flatgrass, and some people absolutely prefer random, and don't understand the other group. It's peculiar, really...
I do the lots of backups thing, and it's working okay-ish. I would rather have partial-reroll though, where I can restore a 3d block on the map, instead of the entire map...
Hsome sort of modifcation to the server is a bit a auxillery, but if pulled off right, can be useful. Make sure that people don't come just for the mod though(modified JTE's script to add fire and my server turned into a fire fest).
IE is a tard right now, not at home, no speel check.

I disagree with you, therefore you are wrong.
