I had this idea from my old community, but i want to turn it more game based.

Basically, one user (To start this) posts a request/challenge, to make a certain building/sprite/creation whatever. And the fastest person to post screenshots of their made creation wins, and they must now challenge/request it.

Good idea or bad idea? Should be edited? Suggestions?

Great idea, needs some sort of reward system.
(Probably points towards unlock-able blocks, colored names, etc)

Or maybe just a nice spot on the Hall of Win.

It's a fine idea, although you probably should have actually requested something first to get the ball rolling.

In absence of that, I will:

Recreate a scene from Lemmings. Doesn't matter what it is exactly, just something from Lemmings.

Make a ceiling fan.....

We need some sort of official ruling on what challenges are currently going on, methinks.

I'd be glad to do some of the "behind-the-scenes" stuff, like if you got Citric's permission, I could make the medals, and organize the "hall of win" as one user posted prior to this.
