So there I was, going about my daily business in minecraft, building the most amazing temple of awesomeness you will EVER see, when all of the sudden, I fall through the bedrock to an endless pit of suffering. Well, I expected to appear in my bed, but sunnuva mother duck! The bed (which, had only been used once) was destroyed, and I appeared in my spawn a billion miles away.
Seeing as I was in superflat, it's debatable weather it would be easy to find my stuff again or not, but after filling up the map, and finding nothing, I declared defeat. Now, my own stupidity of not staying near the spawn is mostly to blame, considering THE ENTIRE FREAKIN WORLD IS THE SAME!!!!! Buuuuuut, anyway, I was simply pissed.
Does anyone know of any way (may it be mod, trick, glitch, etc.) to find my stuff again. If someone could give me something to work with, that would be amazing, and you will be showered in rewards and riches beyond your wildest dreams (you actually wont get anything except for my undying and eternal gratitude). So please, if anyone has anything to help me, feel free to help out. Thanks a lot.
ughh bad idea for that you need world downloads. I see where you want to go too but it simply wont work because his seed does give the world but not the buildings because obviously it would be kinda weird to load a seed and get buildings from other people on it -.-
anyways does it has light? you can find it easily then because it illuminates the area quite a lot. So it will be easy to detect
anyways i wish yu luck mate because you actually got screwed by a flatland -.-
You misread the idea. All it does is tell you the coordinates of where your original spawn zone was, so he can simply fly back to where he started from. No world downloads involved.
Now that 1.3.1 has come out, if you have any other computers and you built it near the spawn just do this:
Step 1) Press esc
Step 2) Click "Open To LAN"
Step 3) Frow your other computer enter the LAN server in the multi player list
Step 4) Copy coordinates from the computer you used in the above setp
Step 5) Done!
