i have read the whole series multiple times, and i congratulate you, my good man! However, somethings could use changing.
1. The Hadarac is BIG.
2. The Beors are BIG.
3. Farthen Dur is BIG.
4.Everything is BIG. (except maybe small villages like Carvalhall.)
You can thank me later.

How do I put my Youtube Channel in my Signature?? Message me If you know!
I already finished the series about a year ago. Was that desert supposed to be the Hadarac? I don't remember much, but 200 blocks=650 feet about. Was it really that much of a hell to cross a desert 600 feet wide? Also, don't make it flat. Try to add some small dunes so that it doesn't look wierd.
For the mountains of Farthen Dur, you might want to add a bit of dirt. I don't remember much, (read the first 2 three years ago,) but I don't remember it saying anything about the mountain being pure stone. Also, snow on the top would look nice.
It might be a good idea to try to find a map of their world with a scale.
Was anyone else dissapointed with the ending of the last book?

I think it's great that you would attempt a build as MASSIVE as this one, though I would have done most of the terrain with WorldPainter... because you can to the snow on the mountains and the custom biomes... If you are still working on it I would like to help! I am a great builder and I LOVE the Inheritance Cycle! I have read all the books multiple times, although the last is the best in my opinion :3... I think I might try to do this myself Best of luck!
