Try making an action scene. Use armor stands with arms with the command:
/summon armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {ShowArms:1b}
And try putting swords/armor onto the stands. Leave the head open, to be able to fit a head. To get a head, equip a skin of your choice, and go into the game. Use the command:
/give @s player_head{SkullOwner:Playername}
Also, try downloading a shader to make it look nicer.

My projects:
-are abandoned for now. I might pick 'em up in the future.
For now i'm working on a private modpack that suit's my own playstyle.
I am gonna stay in modded 1.12.2 untill my potato dies. No mercy! :Q
I'm lacking in inspiration, so give me some! I have 63 blocks of depth for underground stuff below me, in case you want to make use of that.
build some 63/3 floors of random maze tunnels and slap a pyramid on top with a structure generator. Call it a pyramid maze for adventure mode and give the world to other people to go get lost in
Bonus: build it 63/2 instead by using slabs for the levels
I'm making a mini Minecraft city in my superflat world, and I think this is pretty cool, so you might like this idea too. A good tip is to use the blocks as they are not actually meant to be used. Take for example a sea pickle, you can use it as a cactus in a mini desert. Hope you like this idea!

That's clever. You do have to be ready to give in a little though, sea pickles don't sting and the player size is constant.
On the flip side, why not build a 'over-scale' structure? Mansions are a good example of this as their entrances accommodate ravagers.

Try a casino filled with pinball machines and stuff. Also a casino amusement park.
Go to plotz website and try to create one of the objects like the observatory, lighthouse or a giant glass dome.
