ok my pc is old and i have win7. if i remember correctly it was suggested to me to get java cause of that
who or wich machine or circonstances calls for a bedrock ?
You have a Windows 7 computer, so you cannot get Bedrock Edition on it at all. You need a Windows 10 computer to get the Win10 edition of Minecraft (which is the Bedrock Edition).
They have Pocket Edition which is Bedrock and they cannot get Java on that device at all. So either you need to get a Windows 10 PC (or other Bedrock-compatible device), or they need a PC that can play the Java edition.

Hello, minecraft is not compatable across all devices, but if you want to share your world file, the way you get it is you press windows, then type %appdata% and press enter, press .minecraft, then click saves, you can find the world file their, your friend can put it in their saves folder to,
if it is the type %appdata% and press enter, press .minecraft, then click saves, you can find the world file their,
technique is it possible to use that file even if he bedrock and i java?
No. The save format is not compatible.
There are methods to convert the worlds between the two versions but they aren't easy and usually the conversion is not perfect, so everytime you convert the world you lose something and someother thing going back to the original format.
OMG why do these people keep saying "get a realm" despite it being stated multiple times that Java Edition and Bedrock Edition realms are not compatible. The ONLY options you have are to:
1. convert the world to a BE world and send it - but you might lose some stuff along the way, and if they want to send it back it will have to be converted to a JE world.
2. Obtain a copy of BE and either start from scratch or convert the world - BE compatible devices are Windows 10 PC's, mobile phones, Android tablets, iPads, XBox One, and Nintendo Switch
3. Have your friend obtain a copy of JE - compatible devices are Windows, Linux, and MacOS PC's. (I would strongly suggest not going for MacOS as the OpenGL support is non-existent so JE may eventually stop functioning on MacOS altogether)
