Nice job given the scale at which you are working (Larger builds it tend to be much better at preserving the proportions of the original ie thickness of sail to mast.)
On another note, if playing in 1.13.n, you might see how stripped logs look for the mast and yards.

I think this looks great! I agree that it would probably look a little better on a larger scale, but color me impressed regardless! I've always been terrible at building ships
