Spiral Generator craftscripts for WorldEdit Bukkit/Spigot plugin
Some of you probably have wondered about why WorldEdit can't make spirals. Some of you just build spirals by hand what can be really slow and boring to do. Here is the solution.
InHaze created some craftscripts for the WorldEdit mod but those aren't compatible with Spigot/Bukkit WorldEdit plugin so I modified them.
Now these are compatible with the plugin and I also added some features.
I hope it'll help you to create awesome builds.
How to use:
The video is made in two different languages. The upper subtitle is Hungarian, the downer is Engish.

/cs spiral (block) [radius] [spiral] [comp] [count] [horiz] [thickness]
or

spiral - Number of spirals it will build with rotation (1+)
comp - Amount of coil compression (1-10)
count - Number of coil segments generated(1+)
horiz - Alignment: Horizontal - 1; Vertical - 0
thickness - Thickness of the spiral (1+)
Use '/cs spiral (block)' to generate with default settings.
/spiralc.js (block) [gap] [radius] [spiral] [comp] [count] [horiz] [thickness] [fFlag]

Most of my city is based on the spiral, I prefer to build my own as I do most of my thinking during the build stage but automating that would be fun during the creative stage as long as the whole thing could be deleted if it was just wrong , either way a great time saver possibly.
Somehow the forum didn't save my reply unfortunatelly but there is an update for the generators. Yes, I've succesfully created the DNA helix generator. You can find the scripts and the tutorial here:
I dont suppose you are still active are you? Im trying to get a conical spiral (eventualy conical double helix) but i cant seem to get this anywhere .. im not using bukkit but Id be happy with just a litematica of what I need :/ Or something .. anything .. Ive been trying to get this for three days straight ..

Ok thanks for you hard work!
I H8 DIS! #FORTNITESUCKS
It wasn't so hard. But in about 10 hours I'll upload an update what will be easier to use.
Now all we need is a helix and double helix generator and we can make block art of DNA.
I just took the Minecraft Noob test! Check out what I scored. Think you can beat me?!

I'm thinking about making a DNA helix generator. Soon I'll make it.
Update for spiral generators.
Now, these are easier to use.
Info:
Maybe it wasn't clear what means the gap when you create a conical spiral.
If you set the gap to 1 there will be 3 block gap between the coils. If the gap is 2 than you'll get a 6 block gap.
Updates:
- You can set the coil height instead of compression.
- You can change the direction of the thread. It can be left or right.
- You can set the direction of the spirals. If you set this to east than the spiral will generated in the east direction.

Cool, can't wait to see what it could look like.

Seems cool. Great job!
I've created a new generator what builds a spiral staircase using slabs. It works with all of the slabs what are inside vanilla 1.12 Minecraft.
You can find it with the previous scripts here:
