First things first, you need wood variation, don't use the same type of wood for all of it. You should change the roof to dark oak, maybe the walls to spruce, you can leave the floor and fence the same, that's my opinion
I'm gonna have to agree with Pixel Ninja, the overall design is simple, which is fine for a wood house. However, I have two problems with it. One being the lack of any block variation whatsoever, and two, being the flat roof. In order to fix problem one we should look at a good example. A rustic style house, which is usually made of darker wood, like spruce and dark oak variations to give the idea that it's faded and worn. You could do the same, but with Spruce only! Also, don't use Birch unless your going for a modern approach. Your second problem should be easily solvable, without any help from the forums
I'm going to use it in an adventure map I'm creating. I want to stay in the theme of wood, by the way.
Images are attached.

I have nothing here, go look somewhere else.
