As for TU41 (did I get it right?), you are now able to vote to kick a player (excluding yourself, the host, players locally with the host (gamertag(1)), and players you already voted out). Depending on the # of players, enough votes will kick the player. This is both good and bad, and here's why:
GOOD
Host Doesn't Have All the Power
Of course it has flaws I'll talk about later, but it's certainly a breath of fresh air after the dictatorship where the host decides everything.
Can Disperse Teams
No longer will you have to sit through the entire match with a 4 player team camping in the center with NO REASON to help each other. Get rid of them and you're good to go!
BAD
Votes are Public
Are real votes public? No. Why? To keep the vote even! This happened: I voted to kick out a team, and the team simply voted back to kick ME out for nothing! The host then sees me with 2/3 votes to get out and then I'm kicked out for helping the host!
Prone to Abuse
Want to be a donkey and ruin some 4 to 8 players' game experience? Just join, vote kick everyone you can, and leave. No punishment!
Simple solution? If you leave, the game, kicks you gave are repelled.
Prone to Exploiting
Also, the host can exploit the voting system to gain back their power from the previous updates. If they have 2 other local friends playing with them, if they don't like someone in their game, they can tell their other 2 friends to vote kick that person. The host isn't in total control but they're really close to it.
So what do YOU guys think? Is this new ability overall or ?Or maybe both? Thanks for reading!
Console Battle is two games rolled into one: gambling (whether or not you get one of the OP weapons) and betting (which teammate won't turn on you, since teaming is pretty much a requirement to kill off another team)! Of course, it's not all chance; at its core, Battle is about triumphing and defeating other players... by kicking them out if they win to make yourself feel better.

Nah, kicking sucks because you feel like you've finally found the perfect group... but then you just get flung back out.
Besides: camping, grouping and "cheating" adds color to the online experience.
Aren't you looking for an opportunity for an outrageous comeback?
Don't you want to have that exciting time where its 7-1.... but somehow you come out on top? AND THEN, they can't kick you for spoiling their kill streak.
Kicking is messy, and sorta detracts from the purpose of mine craft. If the cons of a lobby are greater than the pro's, then just leave.
VOTE AGAINST VOTING!
haha!
I hope more talk on this subject, its a pretty decent one

The vote kick system is awful, just gives kids who are teaming more power.
