He only had the Res6.mcpack and Beh6.mcpack for his mod if you skip to 1:46 in his video.
So, not knowing what else to do after going into the UFO.Transfer app, I went to Packages > Microsoft.MindcraftUWPConsole_8wekyb3d8bbwe > LocalState > games > com.mojang, created the resource_packs and behavior_packs folders, and copied all four of the things I extracted from the download and pasted them into both folders.
Unfortunately, when I started Minecraft, those files did not show up in either one of the Resource Packs and Behavior Packs in the Create New World menu. Am I missing something?
You cannot install mods made for the Java edition of Minecraft on Bedrock edition. The only "mods" that you can install on console editions are called "addons", and consist of resource and behavior packs like the ones shown in the video.
