Mining speeds have dropped since the last update. Now using a diamond efficiency 5 and haste 2 works at the same speed as a iron pic. I tried reloading, making new beacons elsewhere, new picaxes, etc. Still not working.
Yeah, the efficiency enchantment is broken as of the last update, it's been submitted and fixed, to roll out with the next update, hopefully soon!
