I'd like Glass Slabs , Doors and Stairs , I have a sky map that needs them . PC doesn't have them at the time of this post.
Some content pulled forward would be lovely .
Yes, PC doesn't have the glass .... etc. I've heard the console edition wants to be different. Well... here ya go! Of course... once they get all the cool PC features we are missing. That list is forever long. But glass slab, stairs, doors, would be nice. Diagonal power rail too! (like to travel NW instead of north than West, for example) This still can be done, but what a pain in the a--!
I just want to see the consoles updated to 1.8 equivalent. It sucks not having what the PC game has. I am hoping that because MS owns MC now we'd get rushed updates to catch at least the XB1 and 360 version up to the PC game but it seems like they're content with letting 4J take their sweet time.
If we're talking about non-PC features I'd like I agree with above. More glass items. Stairs, slabs, doors, etc. It'd be a start. How about an option for long pieces? It'd make building go much faster and they could allow them to be either broken off in full chunks or 1x1 bricks. Make options for stuff like increments of 5x1 or 5x5, 5x5x5, etc.. I'd like clouds to interact with structures so for those of us who keep clouds on it doesn't look silly to have them float through tall structures, etc.. I'd also like different shades of water (swamp, lake vs. ocean), etc.. Make the maximum ocean depth and sky height adjustable to upwards of 1000 blocks. It'd be pretty fascinating to be able to explore truly deep oceans and make really tall structures. Also, include more wildlife. Birds, fish, whales, bottom feeder crustaceans, underwater seaweed, that sort of stuff. I'm really surprised there aren't birds yet and just having squid in the ocean is pretty boring. It'd be nice to see a variety of sea and air life. It'd make the world seem much more alive than it currently is. I'm sure I could think of much more but eh we won't be seeing any of this most likely so not worth getting worked up over. I can dream though.
edit - Also, make time flow of time adjustable. I'd like the option for fast time or 1:1 with the real world. Also maybe make adjustable gravity? Or another Nether-like alternate world where it's low gravity moon-like or heavy gravity super Earth. Really different worlds.
no not like an ender chest one you can build and lock right off the bat without having to track down all the mats for an ender chest more or less like a mod where you can choose to lock the chest or not
Assuming 4j combines 1.7 and 1.8 (and 1.9 too, if it comes out), the next update will catch us up to the PC, and our updates will come out at the same time thereafter. With that said, the time is nigh to start thinking about version exclusives.
The console already has exclusives. We have the caged orbs in The End, we have an Ender Dragon that breathes purple acid, and we also have limited worlds sizes! 8^D
I want an update that is actually properly tested before it's released and doesn't come out with gamebreaking bugs.

Lois: Together we can do anything: face any foe, overcome any obstacle.
Peter: Yeah, climb any mountain, rent any video, dial any phone. And not just our phone, Lois, other people's phones. Decent phones, God-fearing phones, phones that everybody else gave up on, but we knew better because we were a team!
Brian: What the hell are you talking about?

That seems almost unlikely though. They have things like the Mesa biome, underwater fortresses, safaris, differnt kinds of trees. Idk, it sounds like a lot For us to get in one update. If we do get all that I can only assume it's going to be along time before it comes out.

But our last update combined 3 updates in one. Two is less work. I know it's possible for them to do it, and I beleive that they will. I don't mind waiting.
The game isn't broken, but lucky for you, the next update is a bug fix.
Ok it's not broken but I still don't get how the update was major with the horses and the bug where they despawn right away made it passed testing.

No faster way to do the testing than to release it to everyone and let them report the bugs. That said, some of these should really have been caught. Heck, hire a kid to test the new release for a couple of hours and they will have most of the bugs identified.

I can see up to 1.8 but I doubt it would include 1.9. I have no problem with a lag in updates compared to pc, but it would be nice to get caught up. And then maybe come up with some options for reloading a map section or something to help with biome updates for explored world's.

Yes, yes, yes!! +1 EDIT: NO... to the more animals. Why: Because that would decrease the number of other animals in the game.
1. Boat that doesn't break. If it does, then it only breaks like a minecart... Intact.
2. Less water in the worlds. Most have far too much water.
3. My previous suggestions: Glass Stairs, Glass Slabs, Glass Doors, (exclusive to console) and Stained Glass. Also Diagonal Powered, Detector, Activator Rail. (just like the Festive World when the regular rail goes diagonally. Bend the other rails like that)
5. A Chair and/or Couch you can actually sit in/on.
6. The option to turn off the rain/snow in game ... both in creative and survival.
7. Chocolate cake (Cocoa Beans + Cake), Hot Chocolate to drink. (Cocoa Beans + Milk + Sugar), and Apple Pie (Apples + Sugar) All of which you can place on any side of a block.... underneath, on a side of a block, and the regular way of on top.
Technically, these need to go in the Suggestion forum. Which I will go and add to.
4. Glass Pressure Plate ... maybe? Glass Minecart. ?? Glass pressure plate maybe, if it could only pick up on one item and be borkene by anything heavier than that. And glass minecart? What's wrong with the iron ones?
7. Chocolate cake (Cocoa Beans + Cake), Hot Chocolate to drink. (Cocoa Beans + Milk), and Apple Pie (Apples + Sugar) All of which you can place on any side of a block.... underneath, on a side of a block, and the regular way of on top. On all sides... Meaning the cake would turn upside down on the underside of a block? Why? Or do you mean that you could place these foods without needing any support blocks underneath?
Just giving suggestions.
as to #4. glass minecart just might look cool for other glass related builds.
as to #7. Why have the ability to place these blocks, (or any for that matter), (love to see the trap door act this way), on all sides? ... Simple. For a creative look, a detailed build using different blocks/items in a different way.

8. Iron boat
9. Chain Link
10. Chiseled Stone Brick recipe in survival
11. More than 16 stackable eggs. Make it 64... like everything else.
12. Dye the color of the beds. (Example: 1 piece of red wool and 2 pieces of black wool = Red Sheets and Black Covers)
13. Rope recipe. We have string... (Example: 6 pieces of string = 1 piece of rope. Combine the rope to make longer)
14. A Wheel. (Examples: for a cart... horse and cart, a Pulley System... a wheel, rope, or the chain link, a true drawbridge, a true elevator, and used other redstone contraptions.)

So, like an Ender Chest?

PC players be jelly.

when I farm wheat and harvest it with water it cuts off at about 150 wheat or so, so on my big wheat farm all the excess disappears.
id like mob caps raised as well.
my cave spider spawner does seem to spawn a lot more spiders now though
