Sorry about not really starting the server today, I had a couple of things going on earlier and then my internet started acting dumb (I'm currently stealing wi-fi to make this post). Hopefully, things will be back to normal tomorrow so that we may resume in the world of Exodaas and Pokol can soon choose for someone to be his champion.
Didn't miss any good stuff today I was only on for like an hour before things happened in my house that caused me to end for today, I was gonna start up again earlier tonight, but #blameXfinitywi-fi
The open wound, the hole that Pokol opened up in Exodaas began to spread as if it was slowly starting to consume the land. Few started to suspect that Pokol was looking to do more in the land than just find a champion. For Pokol's second trial, he sent the adventurers of the land on a scavenger hunt of sorts throughout parts of the land. There were 5 items that Pokol hide in Exodaas, each one he rated differently in importance and each one represented something different. The first item represents the prayers that past followers have prayed to the Demon God, the second item represents the knowledge, power, and blessings that Pokol cast upon his followers, the third showed the internal connection that Pokol had with his followers (it also showed how serious Pokol was about choosing a champion), the fourth item is Pokol's proposal to the one he chooses to be his champion (it is like an engagement ring of sorts, !!this is the one item absolutely necessary for Pokol to choose someone; anyone that wants to be Pokol's champion should do whatever they can to have this item!!), and the fifth item simply represents the luxuries that come with being the leader of Pokol's followers.
Learning of this scavenger hunt the Viking was the first to set out to look for the items, which Pokol did not expect. The Viking searched for three days and found all of Pokol's items. This created a dilemma for Pokol. He was impressed by the Viking, especially when he heard the viking speak of selling the items for gold later, but Pokol was reluctant to go after the Viking for some reason, and after thinking deeply Pokol decided to wait and let things play out, he wanted to see who was willing to buy the items and who would go to what lengths to be the first Champion in Exodaas.
In the meanwhile Pokol would set up his third trial.
The King of the Ocean once again started construction on his castle as he daydreamed about where his knowledge and power sent from the gods could take him in the future. During his construction the Viking arrived and started to talk to him about war and what the King would do if NOF was to go to war. While the King does not wish to join the faction he informed the Viking that he knows of the Viking's power and knows that he does not want to make an enemy of the Viking and be facing the sharp end of his finest sword. The King also informed the Viking that they do share the ocean so the King would offer assistance in such situations where he feel it is necessary, but overall the King of the Ocean wishes to remain neutral.
The Goddess Menirah sat watching the adventurers, she grew tired of the neutrality, her power was peeking and the talk of war got her excited! She was ready for a fight, a war, against someone, anyone! She was nearing ready to approach the land and confront her future champion. But she watched Pokol from a distance, not quite understanding him, but knowing whatever he wanted meant more trouble than she meant to cause. They both like destruction, but it ... just wasn't the same..... and this bothered Menirah in a way she could not understand. Was Pokol to be her enemy or her ally. Only time would tell. Menirah is a young goddess and was created long after Pokol fell into his deep slumber, so she had never before met him or knew of his power. Throughout the centuries that Menirah existed, her and Pokol basically existed on different planes of reality; of all the gods that there are, Menirah and all of the other young gods and goddesses knew the least about Pokol for some odd reason...... And this fact slightly frightened Menirah. Yet, she tried her best to dismiss the fact and focus more on the adventurers and trialing a champion of her own.

I have again awakened in a strange new land, I have scanned my memory banks for and information as to why my creators would send me here, but have found none I am with out purpose once more, so I will do as I always have, study and archive samples from these strange people and creatures.
most seem to be fined in this land and I have found some I would call ally and friend, while the night is swarmed with monsters I find time to scan the surrounding environment and have found the land has many strange energy readings, these reading require more study, I will continue my work, but I must wonder is this what my creators sent me here to find? only time will tell.
A large dangerous energy started to emanate across Exodaas and Pigmen and Ghast started to appear in the overworld. The source of the energy came from deep inside the open wound that Pokol had made a while ago. Bothered by this strange energy, the Viking, who was hot on Pokol's trail, decided to go and put a stop to whatever radiated the energy. He entered the portal in the bottom of the wound, traveled down a strange corridor, and as he walked the walls moved behind him, trapping him in. As he entered a strange but lit room at the end of the corridor he was immediately weakened and slowed. Then a beast jumped out and shot the Viking with a strange liquid that hurt him intensely. The beast then pulled out a bow and proceeded to fill the Viking with arrows as the Viking charged up the stairs to the beast. Despite the beast's best efforts the Viking got close enough for a sword fight. The two clashed and just as it appeared that the beast would win, the Viking rose for a final slash on the beast, but just as the Viking swung his sword through the air the the beast vanished. The Viking won that small fight but being caught off guard almost caused him to fall Pokol was no longer going easy on the adventurers.
Days later after the Viking had healed, he reached out to contact Shadow, asking him if he was interested in leading Pokol's army. Shadow hesitantly responded that he was thinking about it. The Viking then offered to sell Pokol's proposal (one of the scavenger hunt items) to Shadow for a moderate amount of gold. Shadow was eager to buy it and did just that. Immediately after looking into the Proposal jewel, Shadow started to feel the strange energy that theViking had felt before. Just as the previous owner of the proposal, Shadow went into the Nether and faced off with the beast. The beast had reappeared yet, the beast was extremely weakened from his earlier encounter. Because of that, Shadow made quick work of the beast. But unlike the minion fight from before the beast dropped no strange item from Pokol.
The men of the mountain had finally become close to finishing the barracks that they have been building for a long time under the command of the Alchemist, and they were soon going to start a faction that was housed out of the barracks. On the opposite side of the land, The King of the Ocean also continued construction on his castle on which was nearing completion.
During his construction the King of the Ocean was attacked by an unfamiliar adventurer of the land. The strange new adventurer managed to defeat the Ocean King, but because the Ocean King was a phoenix he rose again quickly and tried to slay the adventurer. This shameful off-guard loss took a hit on the Ocean King's appearance, the subtle illusion of invincibility that he had was now gone because of one average adventurer. Yet, despite that, things went on as normal for the King in the Ocean, but he did always keep a close eye on that strange adventurer that attacked him.
Not many days later the Great Farmer went to help the Alchemist and his men with a little of the construction of the barracks. For some reason unknown to everyone, the Strange Adventurer followed the Farmer to the mountains. After snooping around for a while, the Strange Adventurer walked into the barracks and murdered the new guard hired by the Alchemist. After that the Strange Adventurer disappeared for a while.
One night the King of the Ocean and the Alchemist were having a conversation as the Alchemist was visiting the castle at the time. The Ocean King began to talk of how he had dreams of one day becoming a god. The Alchemist thought that the Ocean King was going mad with such talk, but being the person that he was the Alchemist knew it was very much possible, in some way that not even he understood yet. The Alchemist felt it was beyond troublesome to do, though. He thought that even speaking of something like that was an insult to the gods and they would greatly despise any undeserving adventurer that spoke of rising to their power and level. The Alchemist told the wise Ocean King to be careful with his words when talking about a topic such as that, especially since multiple gods bless the Ocean King from time to time.
Keh-heh...the gods would be unwise to underestimate my power. It is a rather unfortunate side effect of the land that I can control naught but fire here...heh...otherwise, I could've had all under my reign. But I'm not that kind of fluffball now, am I? Think of me as...as Fortuna mixed with a hint of Sheogorath, hmm? After all, I am him, he is me, and me is he!
And who even chose this body for me in this realm? I mean, come on, I can't even fly! And appparently my immortality has some sort of bounds where I can die and lose my possessions, only to come right back to life--thatbis annoying. And my tail...it's soooo nubby! Why would they do this to my tail?! So help me,Cyran, I'm gonna pluck you if it was your idea....

.lol. Sheogorath? ok. Just be careful when facing the gods wise ocean king, every letter you pronounce is like swinging a sword at a brick wall, it'll just get duller until it breaks, although I'm sure with the right sword, angle, and a shitload of hope and prayer you can cut through the wall one brick at a time. hahaha
Sorry about the wait everyone, the server should be back up in survival tomorrow. The wait was due to a busy schedule and me trying to plan out the story, which is becoming difficult. Therefore, if anyone is good at making stories and/or writing and would like to help/be a part of the world, let me know because I need and would love some great input and suggestions. (A co-writer if you would).
Until I can plan out the story though, the entries and progress in Exodaas might tend to be shorter and less than usual.
Sup everyone it's that one dope guy with a faction and the wither skulls 😎 just saying that I finally read all the lore and think its super dope keep up the good work Jupiter
Pokol has took control near the town in Exodaas he has even taken over Fortuna's shrine from right under the adventurers. Pokol's corruption is taking over and the adventurers have made no attempts to stop it. Pokol's powers are growing and he has started to summon powerful minions into the overworld that most adventurers are afraid to even attack. On top of that Pokol has even manifested a dragon's head above what use to be Fortuna's shrine to represent his powers and strike fear across the land. He has been trying to muster up the power to make the dragon speak and to do so he had began whispering messages to one certain adventurer"s ear: as the fourth and final trail he whispered to the adventurer, Shadow, to make a sacrafice to the Great God Pokol. Shadow was instructed to attack his closest friend in the land, The Ocean King, not only to test to see how loyal Shadow would be but also because the up and coming King had made such bold statements before about challenging the gods and being one himself. Without question the eager Shadow struck down his friend while his back was turned and stole the magical power given to the king by Fortuna and Apontilus in the form of a clock. Before Shadow could get far the clock released a huge amount of energy and reverted time. It was a one time use defense mechanism implanted by Apontilus back when he crafted the clock.
The defense mechanism helped Apontilus's cause because now Pokol couldn't get it, but the situation also fed a sort of arrogance and cockiness into the ocean king which was almost just as worrisome as Pokol getting the artifact. At this point Apontilus feared that he might have to end the Ocean King one day in the far far future if his arrogance and will to fight and become a God continue to grow.
The Bragging Warrior started to learn about the power of the gods. And soon he eagerly started looking for one to follow and worship. The talk of gods of The End started to emerge in the land. One was discovered by the Farmer, who in the blindness of fear of Pokol sought out to eagerly follow and worship the god Zaerus, the God of the Abyss. Overnight, the Farmer constructed a church of worship and sacrafice for the god and wrote a religious book speaking of how Zaerus saves and protect all of his followers, delivering them from darkness and into the light. It is said that Zaerus will one day rise and bring all of his followers (his children) into the Abyss to live on happily in eternal slumber.
The name of the other god is Levahnanahtixum, but it is said that the god goes by Levahn. No one is yet sure what Levahn is god of other than half of the end. After learning this the Alchemist told the adventurers to prepare for a trip to the end. The Alchemist was extremely eager to learn of Levahn.
All the while, Fortuna's power was greatly being drained by Pokol, so much so that Apontilus was powerless to stop it. The adventurers did nothing to help and if that continued Fortuna would soon be part of Pokol and the Goddess of Luck would soon cease to exist.
On the bright side, the Motel Villager testificate/iron farm was finally complete and the testificates that were saved a while ago could finally repopulate the land.
Sounds like I'm missing the good stuff. Curse you, lack of Internet!
