If you are new to designing things on your own I suggest creating some things that you can use in survival to make things easier then maybe move on to minigames or something.

try and do stuff with farms, or smelting. those come in handy the most in survival. There isn't much to redstone outside of command blocks that aren't doors, farms, smelters, etc. I would say don't worry about the size for the most part. making something work is the hardest part. Then you look for ways to condense it, and make it faster, smoother, etc. (but mainly condensing it).

lol, let me rephrase that. of course there is :D. I am saying that at least for a beginner, I wouldn't suggest much more complex other than doors, farms, smelters, etc, because you most likely would have an idea as to how these subjects work, and it isn't completely foreign as an idea. Of course, you could do PLENTY of things. create minigames, lighting, even scenery features, like rising and falling waves; all I am saying is that I would just suggest whatever you have the best knowledge of (of course it isn't bad to attempt new things as you can learn).

What I meant was when you have a redstone power source, the farther you get from the power source the less power you have till eventually it dies out. I need a way to boost the current to go farther, but be able to turn off the booster when the main power source goest off. Does that make sense?😃
In my world, I make redstone from tutorials. I thought i could make my own redstone but I needed ideas or inspiration. Pls give me some.

That is a complete lie.

Any body know how boost a redstone current but be able to turn it off at the same time the main current goes off? Thanks!
Boost it? Do you mean the analog state of it with comparaters and things? Otherwise I don't understand what you mean by boosting redstone current.

I'm still not understanding. Do you mean have the power die out as a player or other entity reaches a certain point?

Never mind, found out how. Thank you though.
