Being a civilian you live in the Empire cities which are ruled by kings from the government. The biggest cities of the Empire are governed by Rebel5045, he being the second Emperor has control over the kings in the clan, each king has sworn their allegiance to the Imperial Empire's government and to the Emperor.
The government has its own ranks like the Empire's military. The ranks in the government are government officials, high government officials (which are allowed to vote for minor decisions in the government), senators, lords, kings, high council members and Emperor, being a high council member and senator and king are possessions that you have to try out for our be chosen to be by the High Council and the Emperor, the senate has no say in it. The Legions is what made the Imperial Empire so powerful, the Legions is the Empire's main fighting force they fight on any terrain except the ocean biome which is the Royal Navies job, The Empire has 20 legions in the Imperial legion, each legion is in command of a General like the 10th legion is commanded by Aelolx. The Auxillares which guard the Empires cities and also each king has 3 Auxiliaries to guard there cities. The Royal Navy are soldiers that are trained to fight in the water, the Royal Navy is quite small at the moment especially now because the Empire mostly uses the legions more then them. The Empire only allies with big clans, the Empire is only allied with 2 clans at the moment which is the Northern Empire and the Green leaf republic. The Northern Empire is about the same size as The Imperial Empire. The Green Leaf republic is still strong but not as powerful as the Imperial Empire.
