Just bought City Mash-up package for a$12.99. The window jumped out with message of Purchase in progress This shouldn’t take long and stayed forever. The money was deducted from my account, so I restarted the app and re-purchased the same item it says the item has been purchased and will be restore for free, then the same window appears again and stays for ever. Tried different device with the same App Store account, it charges another $12.99 to download, which their description says deferent devices can share with 1 purchase in a same account.
any idea what is this problem is? How can I get the Map I paid?
