Hey, I have an Xbox 360 world and I have a PS4, as you know, you can Transfer Xbox 360 worlds to Xbox one and the same with play station, but can you Transfer from Xbox 360 to PS4?
I wouldn't think so, the 360 and PS4 are running on different OS's and each version of Minecraft for those consoles is specifically coded to work with those OS's.

There is no way to reformat worlds to another console manufacturer.
Well you could in theory, if you want spend several million dollars to hire a programming team to develop software that would do that.
You'd get sued by Sony and Microsoft most likely though.
You could prolly do it for a couple hundred thousand. xD
You'd need millions to make it through the ensuing litigation.
