I am currently creating an RPG map and I've been making custom mobs in spawners. I can simply alter the mob spawner properties and the mob that spawns as well as the mob's armor, attributes, potion effects, weapons, drop chances, etc. This is all done by going in the save file with the Universal Minecraft Editor.

I'm trying to find a much faster process by being able to place the spawner with all of the mob's settings and attributes and etc. Can anyone show me how to make a custom spawn egg if the spawner thing is not possible? Does anyone have any ideas or ways to do this?
