Okay, so last time I updated my Xbox 360 edition of Minecraft to the latest version, one of my worlds that I started when I had the origin version would not work since the installation of the update... I’m wondering if the next time I update, is there a way i can save my worlds to a usb or something, update the system, and then still be able to play in the worlds that I started on the previous version? I’m just afraid it will happen again because I would like to be able to make updates whenever needed, and I’ve put a lot of work into these new ones...
You can save a copy to usb to protect your worlds from corruption due to an update. It happens from time to time, even without updates. If the world gets corrupted you can delete the one on the hd, load from usb and save again to the hd. Backing up your worlds periodically is a good habit, and can save a lot of frustration.
