What were the settings for biome scale and the other creation options? I used your seed and small biome scale and found the stronghold at approx x-40 z168 the eye leads me to -41, 33, 168 there is no portal near there though. The stronghold is huge and broken up a lot there are two libraries but I cannot locate the portal.
