I'll check, but I had it just before this most recent update.
I still have cobblestone walls.
They seem to be in the "decorations" section instead of next to the other fencing. Why they moved it is beyond me...
I still have cobblestone and mossy stone fences and they are in the fence menu for me. I'm working off the most recent update.
