So a friend an myself were playing around with concrete powder in the latest 360 update an we figured out how to stop ALL sand, gravel and concrete powder blocks from falling. Simply make a flat five by four area of fence posts, an empty space above everyone an drop concrete powder onto the fence posts an TADA! No more falling blocks!
I would report to Mojangs site but its UI is not cooperating with my phone at all.

Its not a bug, there is a cap on falling entities. This exists on all console versions due to hardware limitations.
