It didn't work. I used 4 ender crystals on the middle of each side on the portal and he didn't come out. This worked on PC when I tried it, why isn't it working here?
Other bugs: Endermen don't chase endermites due to an AI bug, and skeletons are wayyy too fast.

There's only an option for resetting the nether, and Endermen don't even go aggro on any endermite I spawn, even if it's in survival with an enderpearl. This is why the enderman farm doesn't work on the Xbox version.

I tested enderman behavior and they aggro just fine on an endermite. I realized something else, how do you have ender crystals but no option to reset the end? It all came in the same update, tu46.
My best guess is because the world was made way before that update...

It doesn't matter, I have test worlds that are over two years old and they can all be reset. My survival world is a year and a half old and I've reset the end twice. The world I tested enderman behavior in is one of my oldest worlds. All these features are retroactively added, the only things you can't get in old worlds are things that require new chunks to be generated, like new biomes and blocks that cannot be crafted.
So, you either got corrupted data in an update download and need to reinstall content from the help and options menu, or your trolling.

Well you don't seem interested in help, just seem interested in stating what you 'know'. There are no bug reports on the jira about this issue, so usually that means user error. No offense intended, honestly.
When you load your world go to more options, world options tab, reset the end should be under reset nether.
If it is not there you need to connect to xbox live and from the main menu select help and options, then reinstall content at the bottom.
You will not be able to respawn the ender dragon untill you have reset the end unless the world was created after tu46. In old worlds the end changes dramatically, it becomes smaller and the island will generate differently. Also there will be a new ender dragon after you reset the end, once killed it will spawn the one gateway that we get on old gen. The only real reason to respawn the dragon on old gen is to fight her for fun or to get the acheivement.

Did you select reset end in the options menu before attempting to respawn the dragon?
Enderman do aggro on endermites, but only ones spawned in survival mode with a pearl.

How would I be trolling? To be honest, I've never seen the reset end option. Only reset nether.
