When running and occasionally when walking I lag into the floor and have to jump out, now this wouldn't be so bad if it didn't happen when walking/running over obsidian and then it glitches you into the lava below. It has put me in lava twice and killed me once, It also done it to a zombie once and he couldn't get out. He just stood there half in half out. Any suggestions on how to fix this or what's causing it?!?
