Why does it matter so much? It's a big internet and if one person doesn't want you on their world then move on and find someone that does. Or play single player.

I don't quite understand what you are wanting from us. If someone doesn't want to play with you, don't play with them. Seems pretty simple to me.
the problem is i had no one else to play with and i get lonely in singleplayer.
