I downloaded the latest title update (for the new battle mode mini game) on June 21, 2016 and it has made my game crash and my xbox freeze every time I try to load my save game files (I'm not even trying to play battle mode). I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the update but that doesn't help. If I don't download the update, I can't play the game either, it just takes me back to the xbox home screen. This is really frustrating, as it has now made the game useless and unplayable.
I don't have an answer but something similar happened to me. Ever since that update, my Xbox freezes when ever I try to change my skin. It first happened when I was in a batttle map and now it happens when press change skin from the main menu as well as prpressing it while in my custom worlds.
