Apparently TU35 (the latest update) has issues with MOBS spawning. There have been complaints of low slime rates, no passive mobs, and now guardians (again?).
This is why I play offline and don't get the newest TU until I find out how stable the update is. TU35 seems to have thrown a few wrenches into the works. All you can do at this point is wait it out until the issues get fixed.

BEFORE The last update I had no problem with my guardians spawning . now I have none on any difficulty around \ and in moment... Anyone else ???
what do u mean? the regular guardian or the elder guardian? and is it with the spawn egg or ocean monument?
