Doubtful, each update deletes the previous one or overwrites it and the only update available through Live is the most recent one. I doubt that Live would allow 4J to keep each update version available through Live indefinitely... it's not like they're making any money off it like DLC.
I don't think that's possible. Like UpUp_Away95 said, it overwrites the previous version when you download and install updates to minecraft. So therefore technically there is no way you would be able to go back to previous versions. Why would you want to though?

I want back to TU1 for nostalgia purposes at one point. Game freaked the heck out with mob textures, though.
That's about the only reason why someone would want to revert back.
Lol yeah i guess so. at least, that's the only reason that would make sense. Otherwise it's still the same base game, they just add stuff to it as time goes on.

For the Xbox 360 version, is it possible to add the ability to change game versions? (example: Tu1, Tu9, or Tu 25)
